Due to the nature of our products, Protective Health Gear generally does not accept returns. Notwithstanding our general return policy, we will accept returns for defective products. If you received a defective product, please submit your request for a refund to We will evaluate your claim, and in the event we find your claim is justified, you will be refunded on your original payment method once we receive the returned products.

You may cancel any product order that has not yet been shipped. Please note we typically begin processing orders immediately once we receive them. If you wish to cancel an order, please send your request to To the extent your order has not yet been shipped, our customer service team can cancel the order and provide you an email confirmation. If cancellation is not possible because the order has already been shipped we will notify you and the products will be subject to our returns policy.
